This 90 minute semi-private group healing experience combines the power of energy work and sound healing. During this intimate gathering, each participant receives Reiki from Samantha, while being enveloped in the ethereal sounds of chimes, tongue drum, both crystal & singing bowls, and more, played both for the group and individually on and around each person’s body by Lauren.

 With only 7 spots available to ensure each individual attention.

This is a beautiful opportunity to reset, realign, and immerse yourself in healing vibrations. This workshop invites you to clear away what no longer serves you, grounding yourself in the moment, connecting to your spirit, and embracing deep relaxation for restorative renewal.

About Your Reiki Practitioner

Samantha is the owner of Moss and Moonlight. She is a Reiki Practitioner, Doula, and Women’s Circle Facilitator.  Samantha specializes in trauma + emotional healing, feminine empowerment, and holding safe spaces that give permission for release and grounding relaxation. She is passionate about nature, creativity, somatic awareness, community connection, and sharing the wisdoms of the divine.

About Your Sound Healer

Lauren is a NYS licensed holistic esthetician, traditional Usui Reiki Level II Practitioner and sound + energy healer. Although Lauren is an esthetician by trade, she loves to incorporate sound healing as well as others self care and healing modalities to nurture your mind, body and soul. Her belief is that everyone should have a self care practice.
